Fitness magazine introduced about “The 10 Healthiest Foods on the Planet”: Lemons, Broccoli, Dark Chocolate, Potatoes, Salmon, Walnuts, Avocados, Garlic, Spinach, Beans. Lemons have a lot of Vitamin C. Vitamin C help increase “good” HDL cholesterol levels and strengthen bones. Especially HDL cholesterol is good cholesterol. Broccoli has a lot of Vitamin K and Vitamin C. It helps stave off numerous cancers. Dark Chocolate reduced blood pressure in otherwise healthy individuals. Salmons have omega-3 fatty acids, which have been linked to a reduced risk of depression, heart disease, and cancer. Spinach contains lutein and zeaxanthin. They are important for eye health. I think food is important for our healthy,and what you eat also important your healthy.

I always interested in Health. because Health is very important to us to live happy life. Because of this reason I try to find out how to maintain healthy body. and finally I found it. So I would love to recommend you how to keep Healthy body. First. Do exercise often I think exercise is very important to keep your healthy body. My favorite exercise is jogging. If I do jogging hard I will be sweating. Through the sweat virus that hide in your body will be go out from your body. Second, Don't skip your breakfast. Most of doctor say when you skip your breakfast. Your diet will be messy. You will be overeat at lunch and dinner. I always try to take breakfast. It is difficult. But if you get up early. You can take your breakfast. Third, try to have vegetables I know It is very difficult. but if you keep this my suggest. You will be healthy rather than before. Everyone know about this. Vegetables are good for out health. but many people don't like vegetables. To solve this problem, I put a lot of vegetables in food like a garlic, onion, bean sprouts, pepper. It is also a way of eat a lot of vegetable. I think everyone knows about how to be healthy person. but it is difficult to keep.
